The comfortable bed improved my stay, but the dirty sheets were disappointing.

Nothing but price, which I now realize why it was so cheap.

This place needs cleaned inside and out! Quite nasty!

I was there for a reunion and some family members were being harassed by staff that thought they were there to get in the pool. My price rate changed after i got to the hotel. After my departure i find out the staff were using my debit card from my account. Im very upset with this hotel and will never use it again. Still investigating my debit that was used by staff.my mom use to work here it has really gone down hill.It use to be one of the best in town..Never again!!!

I loved this hotel, it was serviceable and good standard with good wi-fi. The rooms were perfectly clean and fairly quiet as for me. The location of the property was great and decent, close to everything.

I found the service to be very good during my three-night stay, and I loved that the hotel was quite close to Havens Gardens Park, made for some enjoyable walks amidst nature during my explorations.

It was just an optimal selection for a date night in Washington with good value considering price it charged. The fridge was not cold at all, but that just made our store-bought snacks last longer. Check for bugs before settling in.

The room was nice thebeds comfortable and the breakfast adequate. The service was wonderful both day and night staff went beyond our expectations to ensure we were happy.

The first two nights were fine. I was told that I would get a credit for our last nights stay but haven't seen anything a week later. See below for the reason for the credit.

Rented a room next to us to underage kids that were party (drinking) all night. Ending at 5:00am! The night manager told them to keep it down. Really the police should of been call and they should of been thrown out. The Day manager was great

The hotel had a clean enough vibe, complemented by new bedding. Unfortunately, the shower was out of service and the morning breakfast options were disappointing, with low-quality coffee. Limited in-room amenities, like the lack of a TV guide and old TV, detracted from the experience. The noise from nearby parties interrupted sleep.
